Context
Israeli service businesses run their day on the phone. A customer calls to ask what is free, the owner stops what they are doing to check a paper diary, and half the calls come in while they are already with somebody. Calio moves that to a public business page where the customer picks a service, a staff member, a date and a time, and the appointment writes itself into the calendar.
The booking flow is three steps: choose the service from a priced list, choose a slot from a calendar showing only real availability, get an immediate confirmation. An SMS reminder goes out before the appointment, which is the part owners actually pay for, because a reminder that stops one no-show a week covers the subscription several times over.
It sells on a free 30-day trial with no card, then ₪29 a month plus VAT for the Starter plan and ₪79 for Pro. Starter includes 100 SMS; Pro makes them unlimited. There is a business directory on the front of the site, so a customer can find a business they have not booked with before, and an iOS app alongside the web product.

Thirty minutes, no charge. If I am not the right person for it I will say so on the call.
